The David L. Lawrence Convention Center was designed to exemplify the highest standard of sustainability and is the pinnacle of the Pittsburgh’s economic and environmental revitalization.
Located in Downtown Pittsburgh, the DLCC effectively blends unparalleled space, functionality, and flexibility offering planners, exhibitors, and visitors a location for an extraordinary event experience.
The building’s dynamic architectural design is like no other convention center offering breath-taking views, open terraces, and a suspended roof structure. Our abundant pre-function space overlooks the Allegheny River as well as Pittsburgh’s impressive downtown skyline.
We are currently the highest rated LEED® Platinum Certified Convention Center in the US, a rating from the US Green Building Council. Our sustainable features include: a natural ventilation system, an abundant amount of natural daylight, and an on-site water reclamation system.
