BOK Center

12

Tulsa’s BOK Center is a state-of-the-art, $196 million, sports and entertainment venue that opened in 2008 with a concert by the Eagles.
The BOK Center is owned by the City of Tulsa and Tulsa Public Facilities Authority, and managed by ASM Global, a venue management powerhouse spanning five continents, with a portfolio of more than 300 of the world’s most prestigious arenas, stadiums, convention and exhibit centers, and performing arts venues. BOK Center funding was part of the Vision 2025, a project to grow economic and community infrastructure for future generations. Since the venue opened, over 8 million fans have converged on downtown Tulsa to attend events. As a result, downtown Tulsa has seen an influx of new energy and an infusion of upwards of $1 billion in private development in the form of several new dining and entertainment districts in the areas surrounding the venue.
BOK Center has emerged as one of the top must-play concert destinations in the country and has been ranked as a top 20 arena for concert ticket sales every year since 2008. The venue has also been nominated for Arena of the Year continuously since opening, with the most recent Arena of the Year win coming from the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA) in 2018.
The 19,199-seat venue is home to the ECHL Tulsa Oilers. BOK Center also hosts a wide array of additional sporting events including the first ever NHL game, an annual Oklahoma City Thunder NBA preseason game, Professional Bull Riding and MMA fighting.
