The Role
This role will be responsible for ensuring that all bank accounts are reconciled each month end with reconciling items cleared promptly, maintaining an accurate posting of all transactions on to cash manager, and liaising with all departments including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable to ensure timely receipt of reports and cash posting.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Bank Account Management: Reconcile and post transactions for Ticketing, Food & Beverage, Operating, and Merchandise accounts, promptly resolving discrepancies.
- Ticketing & Partnerships: Process and post partner data, provide monthly Ticketmaster sales data, and reconcile related fees.
- Cash Management: Send daily cash reports, handle inter-company merchant transfers, and address card transaction queries with Merchant Services.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Prepare monthly bank reconciliation files and assist with Treasury Management tasks.
- Accounts Receivable: Post invoices, generate statements, allocate bank cash, and maintain accurate records.
- Debt Management: Chase overdue payments, document communication, liaise with departments, and build customer relationships to ensure timely payments.
You will have
- Minimum of 6 months experience of completely bank reconciliations and Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to problem solve.
- The ability to work efficiently with multiple colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good levels of accuracy.
- Intermediate Excel skills
