A state-of-the-art 48,000m2 multipurpose venue in Aberdeen. P&J Live is Scotland’s biggest entertainment venue and the UK’s most sustainable venue. Offering greater capacities at a location with improved transport links and within a short drive from Aberdeen International Airport and the city centre, the new venue has been designed to provide the city of Aberdeen and visitors with a range of flexible spaces for a diverse range of events. The venue has 48,000m2 of internal event space, this consists of: 33,000m2 of subterranean space; a 6,000m2 hall which is further divisible into three 2,000m2 spaces; a 9,000m2 arena; conference and banqueting facilities.

It has public access on three sides and has been designed to ensure good visibility of the stage, providing an all-standing capacity of 16,000. There are 15+ hospitality suites around the perimeter of the arena on the first floor and fixed seating on the second floor. The arena is fitted with a modular stage, 20m clear height and an exclusive club lounge.
Integrated within the design of the new venue is a 200-bedroom Hilton Hotel connecting direct to the venue on the ground and concourse level and further to this will be another two hotels providing an additional 300 bedrooms on-site.
Its on-site energy centre will be the renewable energy solution for the venue and the surrounding area, providing it with low carbon energy and ensuring that P&J Live will be the UK’s most sustainable venue. 29,000 trees and shrubs will be planted on-site and a network of 7km of footpaths connect the site to the surrounding areas.
